Words for when you feel Confused, Lost or Afraid.

August 15, 2015 10:15 am

Its okay not to have all the answers. To feel confused. To feel in the middle of it all and have no idea where you are going.

This is the process.

Embrace it fully.

You are completely safe even though your mind would often have you believe otherwise.

Don’t turn away from the pain, the confusion, the not knowing.

Let go rather than holding tightly on.

Gently keep putting one foot in front of the other, and eventually, when you least expect it, things will become clearer.

No one ever got from A to B in an instant.

This is all part of the journey to becoming your truest self.

Hi Emma! I love this so much and I love finding someone out there who is having such a parallel experience. I think your wisdom comes from a very deep place of truth.

I too have been walking the healing path of surrender. I too had a healing and major relapse where I finally got knocked over the head. I believe that this is just meant to get my attention to something so much bigger.

It’s lovely to find a kindred spirit. Looking forward to reading more of your lovely blog!

    Best,
    Teresa

Love this Emma! We’re all so afraid of the unknown, but maybe it can be transformed into excitement. Surrendering to the moment and trusting the process that is slowly unfolding. One day it will all make sense. Lovely to connect! xx
